Recipes:
Sweet Chili Sauce for Meatballs

Herb Tarter Sauce
This is a fresh and tangy variation on the typical tartar sauce. It is very good with any kind of grilled or sautéed fish or shellfish. Makes approximately 1 cup.
1/4 cup parsley, cilantro or chervil
2 T. minced shallot
1 cup mayonnaise
2 T. lemon juice
Dash
Salt and pepper to taste
Pomegranate Punch
This is a very festive holiday cocktail served in a clear glass bowl with orange wheels floating on top. For a special touch, freeze pomegranate seeds in ice cubes to add to the punch at the last minute.
Makes 15 to 20 servings
Juice of 2 limes
2 tablespoons sugar
1 quart pomegranate juice
1/2 cup Pama liqueur
1/2 cup orange juice
1 (750 ml) bottle brut champagne
